The bed itself was supportive and comfortable, providing good rest. Noise levels were acceptable, allowing for a peaceful environment. The absence of a microwave in the room was inconvenient, requiring trips downstairs to heat food. Parking fees were unexpected but manageable.

My recent stay was fantastic since it was super close to the Mall of America and the airport, making it easy to grab a shuttle or take a walk to enjoy the nearby attractions like the SEA LIFE Centre and Minnesota Children's Museum which are just a short drive away; the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good with nice options, but the hotel could use some updates.

The breakfast was delicious, and the shuttle service to the airport was a bonus. the check-in experience was disappointing; the front desk staff didn't provide much guidance, and we struggled with issues like a flickering light and a broken fridge. The cleanliness wasn't up to par, with stains on linens and furniture. It's a spot with potential, but some updates and more attentive staff would go a long way.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the hiking trails nearby and practicing our golf swings at the course! The room was spacious, comfy beds, and the breakfast was delicious! We had so much space and felt super comfy—would totally come back!

I had a fantastic time exploring the area, as the hotel was just a few minutes from the MSP Airport and almost a 2 km stroll to the Mall of America, which made it super easy to enjoy shopping and attractions like the SEA LIFE aquarium and Nickelodeon Universe; plus, the staff were friendly and the hot and cold breakfast was a great start to my day, but the shuttle service could use clearer identification for drivers.

During my recent stay at Hyatt Place, I encountered both positives and negatives. The room lacked ironing facilities, which was a bit inconvenient as I had some wrinkled clothes that needed attention. The heating and air conditioning system in my room seemed to have a mind of its own – the noise it made was quite disruptive and the temperature control was not reliable. On the bright side, the room did come equipped with tea and coffee facilities, which I appreciated as I like to have a hot beverage in the morning. the sitting area in the room was a bit cramped and could have been more comfortable for relaxing. Unfortunately, the rooms were not as soundproofed as I had hoped. I could hear noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms, which affected my ability to get a good night's sleep. the hotel provided complimentary toiletries, which was a nice touch. The am/fm alarm clock was also handy for ensuring I woke up on time for my activities. In terms of services, the hotel offered dry cleaning and housekeeping, which were convenient for keeping my room tidy throughout my stay. I did not utilize the laundry services, so I cannot comment on that. I did not experience the airport shuttle service during my stay, but I did hear from other guests that it was a helpful amenity. It would have been nice to have a free shuttle service available, as paying for parking and transportation can add to the overall cost of the stay. while there were some areas that could use improvement, such as the room facilities and noise levels, there were also positive aspects like the complimentary toiletries and available services like dry cleaning. Hyatt Place has potential with some adjustments to the room amenities and noise insulation.

The Gallery is a cozy spot with a kiosk, coffee bar, TV den, and e-room. The Bakery Café offers yummy treats. Shuttle service to the airport and Mall of America. Complimentary wireless Internet is a plus.

The kids loved the heated pool, and my wife and I had a relaxing time practicing our golf swings at the nearby course, Eagle Creek Golf Club.
My wife says that a kids' play area would enhance the family experience.

we absolutely love hyatt place in Bloomington. the location is great and the room is very spacious, making it perfect for repacking our suitcases. the free self serve breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is very attentive.

During our weekend stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms and adequate breakfast options that included boiled eggs, bread, oatmeal, muffins. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the airport, making our travels hassle-free.
On the downside, noise from the nearby airport and highway disturbed our sleep at night. Additionally, the lack of vegetarian breakfast options was disappointing, and the check-in experience was marred by a staff member who seemed more preoccupied with other tasks than assisting guests promptly.

I chose Hyatt Place for its proximity to Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge. The free parking was a pleasant surprise, and I also enjoyed the amenities such as the bar and gym, as well as the delicious hot breakfast with fresh fruit and premium ingredients.
